Chairman of the Association of Medical Colleges of Kyrgyzstan O.T. Stanbayev held an official meeting with Mr. Hao Zhou, Director of the Department of Foreign Operations for the Central Asian Markets of the Wuhan Central External Economic and Technological Cooperation Group (WECG). During the meeting, the sides discussed issues of developing secondary medical education, introducing international educational programs and expanding cooperation between educational institutions of Kyrgyzstan and the People's Republic of China. As a result of the talks, an agreement was reached on the opening of joint educational programs on the basis of Jalalabad Medical College in Manas. They also approved the main directions for further bilateral cooperation aimed at improving the quality of training of medical personnel, promoting academic mobility and implementing joint international projects.
