June 10-19, 2024 in Bishkek with the support of the Kyrgyz State Medical Academy named after I.K. Akhunbaev and the international humanitarian organization “Doctors Without Borders-Switzerland” took a training course to prepare obstetrician-gynecologist trainers. Obstetricians and gynecologists from medical colleges took part in the training. The short course was conducted by Dr. Jean Kalibushi Bizimana, consultant in obstetrics and gynecology (Berlin).
The theoretical knowledge gained at the previous stage on protecting women's health through early prevention of breast and cervical cancer was practically consolidated by the training participants at the Ayalzat women's health screening center in Sokuluk district. At the end of the course, our teachers received a certificate “Trainers of the international humanitarian organization Doctors Without Borders-Switzerland.”
