On November 29-30, the Republic of Kazakhstan was visited by a delegation consisting of E. Boronbaeva, N. Zhusupbekova from the Ministry of Health, A. Naimanbaev from the Ministry of Education, Chairman of the KMKA O. Stanbaev and directors of pilot colleges on a visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan with the support of the MER project to exchange experiences. On November 29, at the Republican Higher Medical College in Almaty, an International Scientific and Practical Conference was held on the topic “Training of specialists in the specialty “Nursing” with the qualification “Applied Bachelor of Nursing”, and on November 30 “Opportunities and problems of the applied bachelor of nursing” scientific- The practical conference was held at Taldykurgan Higher Medical College. The delegation took part in international scientific and practical conferences for the exchange of experience, received detailed information about applied bachelor’s degrees and exchanged experience.
Applied bachelor's degree has been taught in the Republic of Kazakhstan since 2016, its graduates have found their place of work and are working productively. Following the conference, the Union of Medical Colleges of Kazakhstan and the Association of Medical Colleges of Kyrgyzstan, directors of medical colleges signed an agreement on mutual cooperation.
