In order to strengthen the potential of medical workers and implement the program of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on protecting public health and developing the healthcare system for 2019-2030 "Healthy people - a prosperous country", seminars were held on the topics "Interpersonal communication skills of medical workers" and "Clinical mentoring of medical workers". The seminars were attended by medical workers of practical health care.
According to the reform, the training of secondary professional medical personnel is carried out in cooperation with practical health care, and 50% of practical lessons are taught by clinical instructors in clinical bases.
