On December 20, 2022, a coordinating council of nursing and midwifery specialists under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic was held in Bishkek. Representatives of the Ministry of Health, association, MER projects, "Bright Kyrgyzstan" Korean project and the Medical Academy participated in the coordination council. The ongoing reforms in secondary medical education and postgraduate education were discussed. At the coordination council, the chairman of the association of medical colleges in Kyrgyzstan O.T.Stanbaev made a report on "Reforms in the field of secondary medical education". After discussion, the resolution was adopted.
