President of the Association of Medical Colleges of Kyrgyzstan O.T. Stanbayev took part in the international scientific-practical conference "Acoustical Education and Teaching of Practice: From the Audience to the Clinic", organized by the Kostanay Higher Medical College.
Highlights of the Study During the conference, experts and heads of educational institutions discussed strategic issues of personnel training. The focus was on: Transforming education: incorporating advanced simulation technology into the learning process. Clinical practice: bridging the gap between the theoretical training in the audience and the actual requirements of the delivery rooms. International exchange of experience: Integration of best practices of Central Asian countries in the field of obstetrics "Two Lives at the Border" One of the highlights of the event was an international student art competition called "Two Lives on the Line". The title of the challenge reflects the weighty responsibility of the midwife for the life of mother and child during childbirth. "Such competitions provide an opportunity not only to assess the level of preparation of future specialists, but also to inspire them to continuous professional development", O.T. Stanbayev noted in his speech. The test identified winners who demonstrated superior clinical thinking and practical skills. The association's president's participation in this conference was an important step in strengthening ties between medical colleges in Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan. The agreements will lay the foundation for further joint efforts to improve the quality of secondary professional medical education in the region.
