On August 29, 2025, an online conference was held with the participation of representatives of the Sverdlovsk region of the Russian Federation and educational organizations of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the convention , the following topics were discussed:
- The shortage of medical personnel in the Sverdlovsk region;
- Recruitment of secondary medical specialists from Kyrgyzstan to medical organizations in the region;
- Prospects of cooperation in the field of training and employment of secondary medical personnel;
- Employment procedures, especially in health care facilities in Nizhny Tagil.
