On April 17, 2024, a round table was held on the implementation of the professional standard for the specialty of obstetrician in everyday practice and curricula of the country’s medical colleges. The introduction of a professional standard in the specialty is necessary to ensure that midwifery student training programs meet the professional standard of a specialist.
The MER project supported the development of a professional standard for the obstetric specialty. Also, with the support of the project, PSs were developed for other specialties.
