On January 27, 2023, the general meeting of the Association of Medical Colleges in Kyrgyzstan was held. At the meeting, the chairman O.T.Stanbaev presented the 5-year report for 2018-2023. The report was found to be satisfactory, and the work plan, strategic plan and regulations of Association of Medical Colleges in Kyrgyzstan for 2023 were discussed and approved.

O.T.Stanbaev was again nominated as the chairman of the Association of Medical Colleges in Kyrgyzstan by majority recommendation and was elected by 1 vote.
