Dear colleagues, 5 pilot colleges have been working day and night to implement the experimental program, and if necessary, work has been done during the summer vacation. Curriculums, creation of Basic Vocational Education Programs, formation of competencies according to the results of training, creation of standard programs have been completed and are being prepared for you in the future. Clinical mentors are being trained from the health care organization, as 50% of the training in the new pilot program will be conducted in clinical settings. Some colleges say, "We are not included in the pilot program" - do not be upset. The decision comes from the Ministry of Health and is a matter that is resolved at the state level. If the pilot program is effective, all colleges will teach with this program in the future, and seminar-training and other activities will be organized for you. Let's all speak with positive support and understanding.
