On May 15-16, 2023, trainer Abdukarimova Aigul Akhmatovna held a training seminar for teachers of the Uzgen International Medical College and the Medical College of Osh State University. The purpose of the seminar is the formation of innovative forms of methodological support of the educational program in the implementation of the experimental program in the specialty "Nursing" in secondary vocational education. The topic of the seminar was "The quality of the syllabus and the educational and methodological complex as an indicator of education and training" and "Independent work of the student and pedagogical technologies based on the competency-based approach." During the seminar, the participants got acquainted with innovative forms of methodology for developing a syllabus and creating independent work of students. The seminar was organized by the Association of Medical Colleges in Kyrgyzstan and the project "Reform of medical education in the Kyrgyz Republic".
